Our features

Visitor management

Users can manage regular visitor like tutors, domestic Help etc as well as casual visitors like delivery boy etc through app. System uses a proper verification process which requires proper documents and validation from society to activate regular visitor. Casual visitor is allowed only after verification from flat owners.

Guest management

User can add details in advance about guests visiting their flat for seamless entry into society. Guard would easily verify guest and allow entry.

Automated owners vehicle entry and exit

System also supports RFID based boom barrier operation for seamless entry and exit of owner’s vehicle into society. System also supports users to activate secured exit of their vehicles. In such case a message is sent to owners to allow or restrict vehicle from exiting the society.

Employee Attendance

Application supports proper attendance system for employees of society. Users can also view attendance of available society office members anytime.

Society maintenance management

Application supports complaint and request submission to society maintenance department. A ticket is generated which can be viewed for current status and can be closed by flat owners.

SOS alerts

CURO Next app has option to generate SOS alerts in panic situations. Per-defined message would be sent to security personnel and other members of society office.

Notice & Alerts to members

Application also allows society office to broadcast important notice and alerts to society members and flat owners.
